I made you a mixtape. Would you like to hear it?
At Burnt Orange Juice, just about 4 months ago we began this little blog with one promise - to bring you the freshest music content around. Period. Like most idealistic/scatterbrained/overextended college students, we haven’t always been faithful. But we do love you; and Rob Sheffield told us this is how you show it.

Juicy Jams is a party mix. It contains the hottest hip-hop and indie electronic dance music from the blogosphere and beyond. All of these artists are our personal favs (and soon to be yours, we hope) and because we live in the moment, almost nothing on Juicy Jams was released more than a year ago, if at all. You won’t find these tracks at Wal-Mart.

Good DJ’s are hard to find, and the point of this compilation is that we’ve done all the work for you. So play it while you shower, play it in the car, but by all means, have a party and put this on. We’ve been beta testing it for a week. You’ll thank us later.
Artwork by our very own lovely and talented Natalia Ciolko.
